After standing empty for at least 50 years Giorgio Armani used this 17th-century apartment as a showroom. While renovating he stripped the apartment’s floors & walls to surprisingly find bright marble Venetian terrazzo and colourful frescoes covered up with paint, which he had restored to their former glory.
